ServSafe®, is the National Restaurant Association’s Food Handler Program, and is a complete solution that delivers consistent food safety training to employees. The program covers five key areas:
•Basic Food Safety
•Cross-contamination & Allergens
•Time & Temperature
•Cleaning & Sanitation
Led by a certified ServSafe® instructor. Participants who complete the training and pass the exam will be ServSafe® certified
Classes are held in Modesto and are 4 hours in length. The class covers all of the materials necessary to pass the ServSafe exam. The exam is administered directly upon the conclusion of the class and the cost of the exam is included in the class fee.
